March 10, 1980 - While driving at night to a meeting, Mayor Jeffrey Elbrine's car and another car crash, fatally killing the other driver, Mayor Harold Hazerbyne, whom the mortician(Lainey Johnson) claimed was suffering from an unusual aneurysm caused by the "Blip" anomaly. A letter dated to the day before was found in Harold's pocket, written by his ex-wife Harper(now Harper Thompson). It was theorized that the Blip appeared on Harold's television screen to Harold and caused his death, though the public assumes Harold committed suicide.
March 12, 1980 - Jeffrey Elbrine is conscious and awakens in the hospital. Jeffrey shows signs of a medical phenomenon known as Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity(EHS). This was proven to be faked by Jeffrey given the traumatic circumstances he went through. JB enacts the Media Confiscation Order, which removes any pre-existing television from March of 1980 and any similar analog device from any citizen's home. Confiscated devices are brought to the police station for Chief Elijah Dorrall to further break apart(please see Mr. I. Wexley).
March 13, 1980 - Harold's daughter, Heather Hazerbyne, is admitted to the hospital for reasons pertaining to her father's death. She is then diagnosed with the Random Intervals of Sleep Kleptomania Syndrom(RISK) by then Dr. Giuseppe Francois.
1981 - An infographic on the RISK Syndrome is made and released to the public.
1984 - A cult named the Different Minded Association becomes known to the public for its methods of manipulation and deliberately converting people into acolytes. The DMA was led by Nicholas Walters, who [REDACTED]. A notice by the ECPD is made around this time, along with a 'predator' hunting infomercial by 'John Finley'.
September 19, 1985 - During a soccer match between Elbrine and Hazerbyne County's opposing socer teams, a goalie named Mason Treys kicked the ball into the direction of the opposing goalie, Ryan Hayfield. In return, Ryan suffers an extreme blow to the abdomen, not humanly possible. All of this is reported by Julian Hawthorne. Hayfield is taken to the hospital and recovered at a slower rate than a normal injury would take to heal. Following this event, Heather Hazerbyne is stalked by Nicholas Walters but eventually evades him. Ryan is also noted to be Heather's girlfriend.
October 10, 1985 - A court date regarding 09/19/85's events takes place.
December 10, 1985 - The Public Rejuvenation Society(PRS) creates the entire incidents recap of 09/19/85.
1985 - Atwater National Labs Hospital is attacked and raided by Nicholas Walters' DMA cult. Over 100 were killed and more injured. A detailed report on the 'Atwater Massacre' was made by security guard Linda Reinhardt, alongside several arrests. Some anomalies were freed. All but one were able to be recovered(Anomaly #003, "Zigzag").
September 12, 1987 - A police call regarding Heather Hazerbyne going missing led police to find a video game console with suspicious information about Harold. Later, Heather then was found and reconciled. She chose to join the ECPD's force.
September 13, 1987 - Classified information was leaked to the public regarding 3/10/1987's information about the crash. A video of Jeffrey's dashboard camera recorded some time before the impact. Then a file regarding the Paranormal Zone was leaked.
July 4, 1989/March 1990 - Chief Elijah Dorrall revises the 1980 case.
March 1990 - The Psychological Combat ad is made for citizens to follow due to a new anomaly, "Stalklings"(Including the TRAIN protocol). Dr. Clara Edith of ATNL noted a difference about the anomaly in a separate note.
March 16, 1990 - Chief Elijah Dorrall volunteers to investigate a CCPD case. He returns hours later, exhausted.
March 19, 1993 - Elijah gets involved in a shootout between DMA cult members and Nicholas Walters. Eventually, Walters is caught and imprisoned. News coverage by Starlight County TV Production News anchors Boris Benevall and Amy Kramer.
January 19, 1995 - A call is made to the police from a distressed mother regarding her child who 'fainted' right after playing the new 'Rollio' game.
